We write the patient script.
It is written in plain language, in the order patients ask their questions, from the material you already hand out. You receive it as words on a page within five business days of the brief call.
Your clinician edits and approves it.
They cut anything they do not recognize and change anything they would say differently. Nothing is produced until they have approved every word.
You keep the script either way.
It is yours whether or not you make the video. If you do, production takes days, because the slow part is already done.

It opens on the knee pain they already have, names the procedure, explains what the treatment involves, and finishes on what the week afterwards looks like. Nothing in it promises an outcome that the practice’s own consent material does not support.
