It depends on the package. We offer a free script to start, monthly awareness packs for social media, a specialty starter set that you pay for once, custom explainers, and case study videos. After a short call about what you need, we send the prices for the packages that fit, in writing. The packages are described on the packages page.

A set costs less per video than a single explainer, because the voice, the look and the review process only have to be built once.

You own a custom explainer or case study outright, including the script and the master files. Awareness videos and starter sets are built from scripts we also use for other practices, so you receive a license to use them that never expires rather than outright ownership. In every case, nothing stops working when you stop working with us.

Your practice is. We write from your material and flag anything that looks unsupported, but we are not a source of medical information. Your clinician reviews and approves every script before production, and that approval is where responsibility for clinical accuracy and for the claims in the video rests.

Yes. Every video is delivered with the AI label that each platform it will run on requires, and we tell you plainly which parts were generated and which came from material you supplied. Case study videos also state that illustrated people are not actual patients.

We need the condition, whatever you already hand patients about it, and a clinician who will read and approve the script. Nothing else is required to start.

No. We work in most specialties, including interventional radiology, cardiology, vascular, neurology, orthopedics, pain and spine, gastroenterology, urology, ophthalmology, ear nose and throat, women's health, oncology, plastic surgery, dermatology, dental, general and bariatric surgery, and hospital service lines. The films published on this site happen to be vascular, which is simply the work we have written permission to show, and nothing about the method is tied to a field. A condition explainer for any of those practices runs through the same four stages and the same clinical review, because the difficult part is writing for a frightened patient rather than knowing one specialty better than the clinician who signs the script off.

The one thing that does change by specialty is the review. The more a procedure turns on a claim, the more of the calendar belongs to your clinician, and we plan for that rather than around it.

Yes. We match your colors, your type and the way your name appears, taken from whatever brand material you have. If you have none, the division has a company that builds brands for medical practices and we will say so rather than invent one on the fly.

Generally no, because we do not need patient data to make any of this. We do not want identifiable patient information, we ask you not to send it, and if a project somehow required it we would put a BAA in place first.
