Is the free script really free?
Yes. Each practice, group, hospital or company can ask for one free script for one procedure. We write it, your clinician reviews it, and it is yours to keep whether or not you ever make the video.
What happens if we cancel an awareness pack?
The pack has a 3-month minimum, and after that you can cancel at the end of any month. You keep every video you have received, and your license to use them never expires.
Why do you not publish prices?
Because the right package depends on your specialty, how many procedures you want to cover, and where the videos will run. A short call lets us recommend the package that fits, and we then send the prices in writing so you can compare them.
Why is a starter set less per video than a custom explainer?
A starter set is built from scripts we have already written for the specialty, which your clinician reviews and approves for your practice. A custom explainer is written from scratch from your own material, for your own protocol.
Who is responsible for the accuracy of the videos?
Your practice is. Your clinician approves every script before anything is produced, and that approval is where responsibility for clinical accuracy and for the claims in the video rests. We write from your material, flag anything that looks unsupported, and never add clinical claims of our own.
What does a case study video need from us?
It needs your clinician's approval of the script, and either the patient's written permission to use their details or a fully fictional case. Your practice obtains any permission before we start, and we never need identifiable patient information to make the video.
Do hospitals and device companies pay the same?
No. Hospitals, health systems and device companies usually have more review rounds and brand requirements, so their work is quoted in writing after the brief.
